The Intention Box is entering a new chapter.
Beginning November 2026, The Intention Box will transition from a monthly subscription to a quarterly experience. This shift gives each box more space to become what it was always meant to be: a more expansive, more intentional collection designed to support an entire season of planning, reflection, and ritual.
We know a change like this brings questions. This page will be updated as additional details are finalized.
The Basics
What is changing?
The Intention Box is moving from a monthly subscription to a quarterly subscription beginning November 2026.
Instead of receiving a box each month, subscribers will receive four larger boxes each year. Each quarterly box will be more expansive than the monthly format, with a higher total product value.
When does the quarterly format begin?
The first quarterly Intention Box will be the November 2026 box.
The final monthly Intention Box will be the October 2026 box.
Will there still be an October box?
Yes. The Intention Box will continue monthly through October 2026.
Why are you making this change?
This decision came from a mix of subscriber feedback, product planning, and our desire to create a more meaningful experience.
Many subscribers shared that they love receiving The Intention Box, but that products can sometimes accumulate faster than they can be used and enjoyed. Moving to a quarterly cadence gives you more time to live with each box before the next one arrives.
It also gives our team more space to create a stronger, more cohesive experience. The quarterly format allows us to focus more deeply on product quality, design, storytelling, education, packaging, and the full ritual of receiving and using your box.
Is this just three monthly boxes combined into one?
No. The quarterly Intention Box is not designed as three monthly boxes bundled together, nor three different themes in one.
This is a new format, a new product strategy, and a more rhythmic approach to planning. Each box is being developed as a complete experience, with a cohesive style. The products and creative direction are designed to work together over time.
Pricing & Billing
How much will the quarterly box cost?
Each quarterly Intention Box will be $150.
Will I be charged monthly or quarterly?
Beginning with the November 2026 box, subscribers will be billed quarterly.
That means you will be charged once every three months, rather than once per month. Renewals will occur on the first of February, May, August, and November. Boxes ship the month in which they are billed.
Existing Subscriptions
What happens to my current subscription?
Nothing changes right now. Your subscription will continue on the current monthly cadence through October 2026. Beginning with the November 2026 box, active subscribers will transition to the quarterly format.
What happens if I am on a prepaid plan?
We will reach out directly to prepaid subscribers with specific details about their subscription.
Please note that subscribers will not be charged for monthly shipments after October 2026. If subscribers currently have shipments scheduled past October 2026, those shipments will be cancelled and renewals will be prorated prior.
When is the last day to cancel or skip before the November quarterly box?
The last day to cancel or skip before the November 2026 quarterly box is October 31, 2026.
Box Content & Experience
What will be inside each quarterly box?
Each quarterly box will include a more expansive assortment of Cloth & Paper products designed around helping you craft your planning experience and deepen your journey. The product count will vary per box. You can expect each quarterly shipment to be jam-packed with both planning staples and new items designed by our team of experts.
Will I still choose my planner size?
Yes. Subscribers will continue to select their preferred planner size.
Will every subscriber receive the same items?
All subscribers will receive the same box experience, with size-specific selections based on the planner size chosen for the subscription.
I currently subscribe in multiple planner sizes. What should I do?
We know some subscribers use more than one planner size, and we understand that this transition may change how you approach your subscription. You will still be able to select your preferred planner size for your quarterly box.
Will workshops still be included?
Yes. Monthly subscriber workshops will continue. As we move into the quarterly format, we are exploring ways to make workshops an even stronger part of the experience, helping subscribers better understand, use, and enjoy the products in each box.
Will Happy Hour Live and shop releases continue?
Yes. The quarterly Intention Box transition does not change Happy Hour Live, shop drops, or other product releases.
Will the November box include the December photo slide?
Yes. The November box will include both the November and December photo slides so subscribers can complete the 2026 set.
New Subscribers
I just subscribed. What happens now?
Welcome! Your subscription will continue monthly through October 2026. Beginning in November 2026, The Intention Box will transition to the new quarterly format.
Should I wait until November to subscribe?
There is no need to wait. We have several amazing boxes lined up that you will not want to miss out on. Subscribing now allows you to receive the remaining monthly boxes through October 2026 before transitioning into the quarterly experience in November. You can cancel at any time if you choose not to participate in the quarterly boxes.
International Subscribers
Will the higher box value affect customs or duties?
Customs and duties will be calculated in ratio to the quarterly renewal total. Since fees do vary by location, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns. Our team is happy to help answer subscription-specific questions where we can!
