You can log in to your account on the Cloth & Paper website by clicking "Account" located in the top right corner of the homepage then you will be prompted to click "Sign In" and can enter your email and selected password.

In order to see your rewards points and subscriptions, you should be able to view those separately under the profile icon at the top of the screen.
