What Is Your Return Policy and How Can I Start A Return?
Returns and exchanges may be initiated through our Returns Portal within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you elected for Returns & Package Protection at checkout, there is no cost for your return or exchange. For US orders where Returns & Package Protection was waived, a flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. For international returns where Returns & Package Protection was waived, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
Orders placed on other platforms such as TikTok and Amazon must be returned through the platform where originally purchased.
Once a return or exchange is initiated, products must be shipped back within 7 days. All returns are accepted at the discretion of Cloth & Paper. Please ensure your return is packaged so that it arrives undamaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, you may submit a return or exchange request through the portal. You will be asked to provide details and photos for our team to review. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and will reach out if we have any questions. There is no return shipping fee for items confirmed as damaged or defective.
IMPORTANT: If your order included a Gift With Purchase and your return disqualifies the order from gift eligibility, we ask that you return the gift as well. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Returns received outside of our return policy will not be credited. Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and processed, we will be in touch.
