We recommend checking the rates for fees and taxes with your local customs or post office. We are not able to alter the value of your order. Tax, customs, tariff and VAT amounts vary based on location, and are paid to your country of residence*, not to Cloth & Paper.
Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer, and not Cloth & Paper.
*We collect the following taxes up front:
- UK: VAT is assessed and collected at checkout for orders shipping to the United Kingdom, at the requirement of UK regulations.
- Canada: Duties & Import Taxes are assessed in accordance to Canadian law and collected at checkout for orders shipping to Canada, to expedite delivery.
