How Does The Cutoff Date Work Each Month?

The cutoff date falls on the 15th of each month. It is the last possible day to subscribe and receive that month's subscription box. You have until 11:59 pm EST on the 15th to subscribe. We kindly ask that:

• Planner size change requests or any general box changes, such as add-on edits, take place before renewals on the 1st of each month.
• Subscription cancellation requests occur before your box enters the shipping queue each month.
