How Does The Cutoff Date Work Each Month?

The cutoff date falls on the last day of each month, or until sell out. It is the last possible day to subscribe and receive that month's subscription box. If the current month's hasn't sold out, you have until 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the month to subscribe. We kindly ask that:

• Planner size change requests or any general box changes, such as add-on edits, take place before renewals on the 1st of each month.
• Subscription cancellation requests occur before your box enters the shipping queue each month.
