What Is Your Return Policy For Subscription Boxes?

Once you have received your box, Cloth & Paper subscription boxes are non-refundable/non-returnable. This is because our subscription boxes are specially curated and customized for each month, and we cannot resell or reuse them.

However, you can cancel and get a refund for a box that has not been shipped yet. To do this, you need to request a refund by the cutoff date, which is the 4th of each month. Subscription box refunds will be prorated for prepaid subscriptions.
