How To Manage Subscription Add-On Items

Sign into your C&P Account, then you will find 'Manage Subscriptions' under your name on your profile. Then, you will select 'View upcoming orders’ and select the subscription you’d like to manage. From there, you will scroll down and then see your subscription and the one-time items added. Select the item you’d like to remove or edit.

*For prepaid subscriptions, please note: Add-ons are exclusively added onto the next renewal shipment. If you are in the middle of a term, the add-ons will not generate onto a shipment until your upcoming renewal month. Thank you for your understanding!
