International Returns

We ask that international customers start the return process as soon as the order is received and it is realized that a return is needed. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Cloth & Paper. For international customers-

• With Protection on your package: If you opted into Route at checkout, your return shipping fees are fully covered. Simply initiate your return through our Returns Portal to receive a prepaid label.
• Without Protection on your package: If you declined coverage at checkout, you will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and covering all associated costs.
