  • Can I Buy A Single Box Without Subscribing? We typically only offer subscriptions, but we sometimes offer single boxes for one-time purchases on the shop site. Alternatively, you can sign up for a month-to-month subscription and then cancel it before it renews. This will allow you to receive only the single box that you paid for.
  • Can I Have A Shop Order Shipped Within My Sub Box? You are able to add items onto your next renewal. You will select 'Manage Subscriptions' under your name on your profile. From your subscription Overview page, you will select 'View Your Next Order' next to your subscription, where you will then see 'You May Also Like' and ‘Browse All Products’ on the bottom of the page. You will then be able to scroll through the list of products to add on to your next renewal. Please note that products must be added before your next charge and are shipped with the shipment following that charge.

    For subscriptions under the previous platform CrateJoy,  we are currently unable to combine shop orders with subscription boxes.

  • Can I Skip A Box Without Cancelling My Subscription? Yes, you will have the option to skip your renewal if you prefer not to receive the next month's box on a Month to Month Term subscription. If you have a prepaid subscription and would like to skip only one month, please contact the Customer Service team at assist@clothandpaper.com. We can also help you skip a single box even if your subscription has already renewed.
  • Can I Buy A Previous Month's Box? We are unable to sell complete subscription boxes from previous months. However, various items from previous subscription boxes may be made available for purchase in our Monthly Exclusive Subscriber Collection in the following weeks.
